The studio sessions are for every client, providing the full Pilates studio range of equipment. They are more individualised training programs that are delivered in a Private, Duet (1:2) or Semi Private (1:4) sessions. While all sessions follow our system of training, everything can be altered to accommodate differing goals or needs.
Studio sessions are extremely versatile and are a great training option for anyone wanting rehabilitation from an injury, pregnant or post natal, spinal pathology management, or management of many other systemic and structural conditions.
The studio sessions are however by no means limited to people with injuries! The training is designed for overall body conditioning, including flexibility, strength and mobility. Every session is different, so your body and brain never gets bored!
Studio sessions are usually 60 minutes and are all appointment based.
HOW DO I START?
Generally everyone starts into the studio sessions on a Starter Pack: a Private Initial Consultation, 2 Private sessions and 1 Semi Private session.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes. We do train without shoes, so bring socks, or we have sanitiser in studio for you to use on bare feet.
HOW DO I BOOK APPOINTMENTS?
Once you have completed your Starter Pack, most people book into a weekly regular session(s), which is definitely flexible if you need to change it – just for a week, or permanently.
We book the Starter Pack sessions in for you, but after you have completed it, we can make your appointments for you or you can do it online.
